Tracey Kincaid

Operations Manager

Tracey is currently the Operations Manager and supervises multiple programs and responsibilities for the VIC that include facilities and fleet management, operations support of all VIC departments and programs, and the Community Support Shuttle program. Ms. Kincaid has been with the VIC for over two (2) years now, and previously retired from a long career with the University of New Mexico School of Law. Tracey is also a lifetime New Mexican, who also spent over 36 years in the US Army Reserves serving our country, including one tour in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 06-08 training troops to deploy overseas. Retiring as a Master Sergeant, Tracey brings a lifetime of understanding and knowledge to the VIC helping ensure that all staff and clients are well supported in their journey through life. Her family also has a long history of service including her father and brother serving long careers and multiple combat tours over the last 40 years. With her strong capabilities and experience in leadership, coordination, and management, Tracey is a key asset to the VIC family and our ability to get the job done every day.
